On 20th November 2025, the board of Harmony Capital Services approved raising up to Rs. 9.13 crore by issuing 91.26 lakh equity shares on a preferential basis to 32 identified allottees at Rs. 10 per share (face value, i.e. at par). The two largest proposed allottees are Rajesh Ghosh (Rs. 2.80 crore) and Dorni Vinimoy Pvt Ltd (Rs. 2.70 crore). The board also ratified the shifting of its registered office within Mumbai (from Andheri East to Powai). A postal ballot notice has been drafted to seek shareholder approval for the preferential issue.
This is a small equity infusion (Rs. 9.13 crore) at face value with no premium, which will lead to dilution for existing shareholders once shareholder and regulatory approvals are received. The change of registered office is administrative and has no material financial impact.
