Kirloskar Pneumatic Company reported strong FY25 results with standalone revenue from operations rising about 23% to Rs. 1,62,863 lakhs from Rs. 1,32,262 lakhs last year. Standalone profit after tax jumped nearly 58% to Rs. 21,107 lakhs (vs Rs. 13,328 lakhs), and EPS more than doubled in growth terms to Rs. 32.56 (vs Rs. 20.60). For Q4 FY25 alone, revenue grew to Rs. 58,266 lakhs and PAT rose to Rs. 8,065 lakhs. Consolidated FY25 PAT was Rs. 21,128 lakhs, including the newly acquired subsidiary Systems and Components India Private Limited (55.26% stake acquired in December 2024 for Rs. 15.50 crore). The board recommended a final dividend of 325% (Rs. 6.50 per share) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Varsha Vasant Purandare, a former senior SBI executive, was appointed as an Independent Director for five years, and SVD & Associates was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years.
