The company has sent a reminder to shareholders holding shares in physical form to update their KYC details with its Registrar and Transfer Agent, Adroit Corporate Services. As per SEBI norms, physical shareholders must furnish PAN, bank account, email, mobile number, postal address, specimen signature, and nomination details. Since April 1, 2024, physical shareholders without updated KYC can only receive dividend electronically. Shareholders are asked to send signed forms to the RTA in Mumbai.
