3M India Limited's board approved unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Revenue from operations grew 14.3% YoY to Rs. 1,196 crores, driven by broad-based growth across all four business segments—Health Care and Consumer each grew about 20%, while Safety & Industrial grew 11.9% and Transportation & Electronics grew 11.2%. Profit after tax rose 13.1% YoY to Rs. 178 crores, with basic EPS at Rs. 157.73 versus Rs. 139.50 in Q1 FY25. EBITDA grew 13% YoY to Rs. 257 crores, supported by material cost efficiencies that helped mitigate higher operating expenses. Statutory auditors B S R & Co. LLP issued an unqualified limited review report on the results, and prior period figures were restated to reflect the amalgamation of 3M E&C with the company.
Strong double-digit growth in both revenue and profits, along with broad-based segment performance, is a positive signal for shareholders and could lend near-term support to the stock. The big QoQ PAT jump (149%) is largely a base effect from a one-time tax charge in Q4 FY25, so YoY trends are the more meaningful indicator.
