3M India Limited reported strong financial performance for FY2025-26 with total income from operations of Rs. 5,138.50 crores, up 13.8% from Rs. 4,515.82 crores in the prior year. Revenue from operations grew 14.5% year-on-year to Rs. 5,089.76 crores. PAT for the full year stood at Rs. 522.32 crores, a growth of 9.7% over Rs. 476.07 crores. Q4 performance was particularly strong with PAT of Rs. 215.34 crores, up 201.7% from Rs. 71.37 crores in Q4 FY2024-25. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs. 506 per equity share (including a special dividend of Rs. 346). Statutory auditors B S R & Co. LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. An exceptional item of Rs. 34.33 crores was recorded due to the impact of new Labour Codes. The company also recognized tax expense of Rs. 139.47 crores and interest of Rs. 31.49 crores following settlement of transfer pricing matters through an Advance Pricing Agreement.
