The Board of 3P Land Holdings approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025 on May 10, 2025, with a clean (unmodified) opinion from statutory auditors J.M. Agrawal & Co. Total revenue from operations rose about 26% year-on-year to Rs 447.26 lakhs (FY24: Rs 355.76 lakhs), driven mainly by higher dividend and services income. Profit after tax grew to Rs 209.02 lakhs (FY24: Rs 180.79 lakhs) and EPS rose to Rs 1.16 from Rs 1.00, while operating cash flow jumped sharply to Rs 117.11 lakhs from Rs 11.74 lakhs. The Board did not recommend any dividend for FY25 and approved re-appointment of an Independent Director and appointment of Parikh & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years. Note that Q4 standalone total comprehensive income turned negative (Rs 9,496.92 lakhs) due to a large Rs 11,124 lakhs mark-to-market decline in fair value of equity investments.
Operational performance is healthy with strong revenue growth and a tenfold jump in operating cash flow, supporting the underlying business. However, no dividend may disappoint income-seeking shareholders, and the equity portfolio's mark-to-market swing drove a big negative comprehensive income in Q4, which can cause headline P&L volatility.
