43rd AGM held on 7 July 2026; two ordinary resolutions considered

Shivamshree Businesses held its 43rd AGM on 7 July 2026 via video conferencing from 11:30 AM to 11:50 AM. Chairman was Managing Director Prafulbhai Parshottambhai Bavishiya. Two ordinary resolutions were put to members through e-voting: (1) adoption of audited standalone financial statements for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, and (2) re-appointment of Mr. Bavishiya as Director, liable to retire by rotation.
