5paisa Capital appoints Mehul Somaiya as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

5paisa Capital Limited has appointed Mr. Mehul Somaiya as its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) effective July 16, 2026. Mr. Somaiya brings over 13 years of experience in corporate secretarial, governance, regulatory and capital market compliance. He was previously Vice President and Designated Company Secretary at SBM Bank India, and has held roles at IIFL Finance, Tata Capital, L&T Financial Services, Essel Group and Peninsula Land. The Board approved the appointment on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
