64th AGM held on June 19, 2026 via video conferencing. Two ordinary resolutions passed with 99.99% majority: adoption of FY25 audited financial statements and appointment of Shobha Ambure and Associates as Secretarial Auditors. 11,214,934 votes cast in favor of each. 33 members attended. Chairman Shyam B. Ghia chaired the meeting. Statutory and Secretarial Auditors had qualifications or adverse remarks, addressed in the Directors Report.
