64th AGM held on June 19, 2026; both resolutions passed with 99.99 percent majority

Futura Polyesters held its 64th AGM on June 19, 2026 via video conferencing, chaired by Shyam B. Ghia. Two resolutions were approved: adoption of audited financial statements for FY ended 31 March 2025, and appointment of Shobha Ambure and Associates as Secretarial Auditors. Both passed with 99.99 percent votes in favor (11,214,934 votes) and 0.01 percent against (1,500 votes). 33 members attended.
