6th AGM outcome: Both resolutions passed unanimously

Digital Fibre Infrastructure Trust held its 6th AGM on July 27, 2026 via video conferencing. Two resolutions were unanimously passed: (1) approval of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY ending March 31, 2026, and (2) approval of the valuation report of the InvIT asset. Total of 145.20 crore units voted out of 194.94 crore outstanding (74.48 percent), with 100 percent in favour of both resolutions. No public unitholders attended.
