Reliance Infrastructure has called its 97th AGM on August 14, 2026 at 10 AM via video conferencing. Members will vote on adopting FY26 standalone and consolidated financial statements, re-appointing director Rajesh Kumar Dhingra who retires by rotation, appointing Paresh Rakesh and Associates LLP as new statutory auditor for 5 years replacing Chaturvedi and Shah LLP, appointing Vijay S Tiwari and Associates as secretarial auditor for 5 years from April 2026, approving cost auditor remuneration of 36 thousand rupees, and passing a special resolution to raise up to 3,000 crore via QIP or other modes.
Key item is the QIP proposal of up to 3,000 crore which could dilute existing shareholders. Statutory auditor change also noted. E-voting open August 10 to 13.
