A-1 Limited has informed BSE that its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025) were published in newspaper advertisements (Financial Express in English and Gujarati) on 7 August 2025, as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 33. The Board approved the results at its meeting on 6 August 2025. Standalone net profit after tax for the quarter came in at ₹59.78 lakhs, down from ₹83.85 lakhs in the year-ago quarter (Q1 FY25) — a YoY decline of roughly 29%. Standalone profit before tax fell to ₹83.62 lakhs versus ₹111.56 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Consolidated PAT after tax also stood at ₹59.78 lakhs with basic and diluted EPS of ₹0.52.
