ABM Knowledgeware reported FY2026 consolidated revenue of Rs. 10,346 lakh, up 7% from Rs. 9,667 lakh in FY2025. However, profit after tax (owners) declined 34% to Rs. 945 lakh from Rs. 1,439 lakh. Standalone PAT also fell 20% to Rs. 1,255 lakh from Rs. 1,561 lakh. The decline was driven by share of loss from associate Scanlit Technologies (Rs. 331 lakh loss vs Rs. 194 lakh prior year). The Board recommended a final dividend of 25% (Rs. 1.25 per share). Statutory auditors A.P. Sanzgiri & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. Cash flow from operations turned negative at Rs. 1,135 lakh, primarily due to increase in trade receivables and loans.
Revenue growth is modest at 7%, and the significant 34% PAT decline on consolidated basis despite revenue growth is concerning. Negative operating cash flow of Rs. 1,135 lakh raises questions about cash conversion quality. The stock may face pressure from declining profitability and weak cash generation.
