ABM Knowledgeware reported consolidated revenue of Rs 10,346.31 lakh for FY2026, up 7% from Rs 9,666.65 lakh in FY2025. However, consolidated profit after tax declined significantly to Rs 1,023.44 lakh from Rs 1,710.49 lakh in the prior year, a drop of about 40%. The standalone PAT fell to Rs 1,255.33 lakh from Rs 1,560.84 lakh, down ~20%. The decline was partly driven by increased losses from associate company Scanlit Technologies (share of loss widened to Rs 331.19 lakh from Rs 193.59 lakh). The auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion for both standalone and consolidated results. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.25 per share (25%). Operating cash flow turned negative at Rs 1,135.39 lakh (consolidated) due to higher working capital requirements including increased trade receivables.
The stock may face pressure due to the significant PAT decline of ~40% on consolidated basis, despite modest revenue growth. The negative operating cash flow and higher receivables indicate working capital stress. However, the clean audit opinion and maintained dividend provide some support.
