ABM Knowledgeware reported consolidated Q4 FY 2025-26 revenue of ₹26 crores with EBITDA of ₹4.17 crores, PBT of ₹3.04 crores, and PAT of ₹2 crores. The Digital Governance segment drove growth with Q4 revenue of ₹23.91 crores, up 11% year-on-year from ₹21.51 crores, maintaining a 28% gross profit margin and 14% net profit margin. The Cybersecurity subsidiary InstaSafe saw Q4 revenue decline to ₹1.62 crores from ₹2.88 crores, with loss widening to ₹1.23 crores, though it closed the full year with PAT of ₹99 Lacs. The Agritech segment Scanit is expanding internationally with a first multi-year contract in the US and growing partnerships in Europe and India. The company also announced a new CRO appointment and won a multi-crore 5D BIM infrastructure project.
The 11% revenue growth in the core Digital Governance business provides stability, but compressed margins and losses in the Cybersecurity subsidiary create concerns about overall profitability. The Agritech diversification strategy shows early promise but has not yet translated into significant revenue contribution.
