ABM Knowledgeware reported consolidated revenue of ₹22 crores for Q2 FY26, with EBITDA of ₹4.5 crores, PBT of ₹3.3 crores, and PAT of ₹2 crores. Gross profit margin was around 25% and net profit margin 9%, both lower year-on-year due to continued investment in global market development for its agritech arm Scanit and delayed billing at cybersecurity subsidiary InstaSafe. Standalone Digital Governance revenue grew 7% YoY to ₹20.40 crores, and the company won a ₹35 crore order in 5DBIM plus a first ₹6 crore Digital Panchayat order. Management warned that lower profits in both standalone and consolidated books may continue for the next 1-1.5 years as newer businesses mature.
Mixed for shareholders: core e-governance business is steady and winning large orders, but near-term earnings remain under pressure from losses at InstaSafe and heavy agritech investment. Short-term stock may stay sluggish until newer segments start contributing meaningfully to profits.
