ACS Technologies reported strong financial performance for FY2026 ending March 31. Standalone revenue grew 53% to Rs 17,075 lakhs from Rs 11,190 lakhs, while consolidated revenue more than doubled to Rs 26,442 lakhs from Rs 12,694 lakhs. Standalone PAT increased 61% to Rs 738 lakhs and consolidated PAT rose 76% to Rs 852 lakhs. EPS improved from Rs 0.75 to Rs 1.21 (standalone) and Rs 0.80 to Rs 1.40 (consolidated). However, operating cash flow turned significantly negative at Rs -3,647 lakhs due to large increases in inventory (Rs 4,040 lakhs) and trade receivables (Rs 2,869 lakhs). Total borrowings increased to Rs 4,677 lakhs from Rs 2,615 lakhs, while equity grew to Rs 13,305 lakhs. Statutory auditors issued unmodified (clean) opinions on both standalone and consolidated financials.
Strong revenue and profit growth is positive for shareholders, but the negative operating cash flow and rising debt levels raise concerns about cash conversion and financial health. The stock could see mixed reaction as growth numbers impress while cash flow weakness may worry investors.
