ACS Technologies' board, meeting on 14 November 2025, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended 30 September 2025). Standalone H1 FY26 revenue rose to about ₹4,800 lakhs (vs ₹4,396 lakhs a year earlier), with net profit of ₹269 lakhs versus ₹223 lakhs. Consolidated H1 FY26 revenue jumped to ₹7,588 lakhs (vs ₹4,957 lakhs), with net profit of ₹319 lakhs versus ₹234 lakhs. The board also approved incorporating a new subsidiary, 'ACS Innovista Technologies Pvt Ltd', along with a strategic partner, focused on digital transformation, software development, cybersecurity, and IT consulting, primarily for Middle East market expansion.
Healthy year-on-year profit growth and a clear overseas expansion push should be viewed positively by shareholders, though the new venture is yet to be operational and carries execution and partner-dependency risks.
