ACS Technologies' board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs. 1,847.59 lakhs (up ~13.5% YoY from Rs. 1,627.55 lakhs), but standalone net profit slipped to Rs. 67.70 lakhs from Rs. 77.46 lakhs, with EPS at Rs. 0.11 vs Rs. 0.13. On a consolidated basis, revenue jumped ~68% YoY to Rs. 2,762.68 lakhs, aided by subsidiary contributions, and consolidated PAT grew modestly to Rs. 82.17 lakhs. The board also approved investing in its material subsidiary IOTIQ Innovations via a rights issue and appointed VCSR & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26 to FY30), subject to shareholder approval. The statutory auditor (Gorantla & Co) issued an unqualified limited review report on both sets of results.
Mixed signals for shareholders: consolidated revenue growth is strong thanks to subsidiaries, but standalone profit declined despite higher revenue, suggesting margin pressure at the parent level. The capital infusion into the subsidiary signals management's commitment to the IOTIQ business but also ties up further company funds without immediate returns.
