ACS Technologies reported strong annual results for FY26 with standalone revenue of Rs 17,075 lakhs, up 53% from Rs 11,190 lakhs in FY25. Consolidated revenue more than doubled to Rs 26,442 lakhs from Rs 12,694 lakhs. Standalone PAT grew 61% to Rs 738 lakhs while consolidated PAT rose 76% to Rs 852 lakhs. EPS improved to Rs 1.21 (standalone) and Rs 1.40 (consolidated). However, operating cash flow turned significantly negative at Rs -3,450 lakhs due to major increases in inventories (Rs -3,700 lakhs) and trade receivables (Rs -2,875 lakhs). Long-term borrowings nearly quadrupled to Rs 2,544 lakhs. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion with no qualifications.
The company delivered outstanding revenue and profit growth exceeding 50%, demonstrating strong business momentum. However, the large negative operating cash flow and surging working capital requirements signal execution risks that investors should monitor closely, despite the clean audit opinion.
