Aadhar Housing Finance reported strong FY26 results with AUM crossing ₹30,571 crore, a 20% YoY growth from ₹25,531 crore. Disbursements grew 17% to ₹9,556 crore for the full year, with Q4 FY26 delivering the highest ever quarterly disbursements at ₹3,087 crore (up 20% YoY). PAT grew 22% YoY to ₹1,108 crore (excluding a one-time labour code impact of ₹12 crore net of tax), while Q4 PAT rose 27% to ₹311 crore. Net worth stood at ₹7,541 crore with ROA at 4.4% and ROE at 15.9%. Gross NPA remained stable at 1.08%. The company operates 626 branches across 22 states, focusing on the EWS and LIG affordable housing segment with an average loan size of ₹11 lakh.
The company delivered healthy 20% AUM growth and 22% PAT growth, indicating sustained momentum in the affordable housing finance space with stable asset quality. ROE contracted slightly by 92 bps, partly due to a large equity infusion in FY25, but Q4 performance shows improving momentum with 27% PAT growth. Overall, positive for investors with consistent execution in a niche segment.
