Aadhar Housing Finance reported standalone profit after tax of Rs 1,09,549 lakhs for FY26, up 20% from Rs 91,211 lakhs in FY25. Total income grew 18.6% to Rs 3,68,654 lakhs from Rs 3,10,862 lakhs. Basic EPS improved to Rs 25.31 from Rs 21.44. An exceptional item of Rs 1,592 lakhs was recorded due to new labour code implementation (gratuity/compensated absences liability). The company maintains strong asset quality with GNPA at 1.09% and capital adequacy at 42.49%. During the year, BlackRock affiliate BCP Asia II Holdco VII Pte. Ltd acquired 64.14% stake from the erstwhile Blackstone promoter, triggering a mandatory open offer.
Strong 20% PAT growth and stable margins indicate healthy business performance. The change in promoter from Blackstone to BlackRock may bring strategic changes. Low GNPA and high capital adequacy provide confidence in asset quality.
