Aadhar Housing Finance reported a 20% PAT growth for FY26 ending March 31, 2026, with PAT at Rs 1,09,549 lakhs vs Rs 91,211 lakhs in FY25. Total income grew 18.6% to Rs 3,68,654 lakhs from Rs 3,10,862 lakhs. The company received an unmodified (clean) audit opinion from both joint statutory auditors. An exceptional item of Rs 1,592 lakhs was recorded due to increased gratuity liability from new Labour Codes implementation. Additionally, a significant change in promoter occurred as Blackstone entity (BCP Asia II Holdco VII Pte. Ltd) acquired controlling 64.90% stake in February 2026. Asset quality remained strong with GNPA at 1.09% and Capital Adequacy at 42.49%.
Positive results with 20% PAT growth and strong asset quality. The clean audit opinion and robust capital adequacy support financial stability. However, the promoter change may create short-term uncertainty for investors.
