Aadhar Housing Finance reported FY26 results with total income of Rs 3,68,654 lakhs, up 18.6% from Rs 3,10,862 lakhs in FY25. Profit after tax grew 20.1% to Rs 1,09,549 lakhs from Rs 91,211 lakhs, with EPS (basic) at Rs 25.31 versus Rs 21.44. An exceptional item of Rs 1,592 lakhs (net of tax Rs 1,240 lakhs) was recorded due to changes in Labour Codes impacting gratuity and compensated absences. Asset quality remained strong with GNPA at 1.09% and NNPA at 0.71%, while Capital Adequacy Ratio stood at 42.49%. During the year, Blackstone (BCP Asia II Holdco VII Pte. Ltd) acquired 64.90% stake, becoming the new promoter.
Strong financial performance with ~20% PAT growth and healthy asset quality ratios. The change in promoter to Blackstone may bring strategic changes. Exceptional charge from labour code changes is non-recurring and manageable given the profit growth.
