Aadhar Housing Finance reported audited standalone financial results for FY2026 ending March 31, 2026. Total income grew 18.6% to Rs 3,68,654 lakhs from Rs 3,10,862 lakhs in FY2025. Profit after tax increased 20.1% to Rs 1,09,549 lakhs from Rs 91,211 lakhs, driven by strong growth in interest income and loan book expansion. Net profit margin stood at 29.72%. The company reported an exceptional item of Rs 1,592 lakhs (net of tax Rs 1,240 lakhs) due to changes in labour code definitions affecting gratuity and compensated absences. Asset quality improved with GNPA at 1.09% (down from 1.67%). Capital adequacy ratio remains strong at 42.49%.
Strong financial performance with ~20% PAT growth and improving asset quality. The Rs 1,592 lakh exceptional charge related to labour code changes is non-recurring and regulatory-driven. However, a major promoter change occurred during the year with BCP Asia acquiring 64.9% stake, which may have near-term impact on governance and strategy.
