Aadhar Housing Finance delivered strong FY26 results with AUM crossing the ₹30,000 crore milestone, growing 20% YoY to ₹30,571 crore. Disbursements rose 17% to ₹9,556 crore with record quarterly disbursements of ₹3,087 crore in Q4. Profit after tax grew 22% to ₹1,108 crore (excluding ₹16 crore impact of new labour code). Asset quality remained stable with GNPA at 1.08% vs 1.05% last year. ROA stood at 4.4% while ROE declined to 15.9% from 16.9% due to a lower base effect from ₹1,000 crore capital infusion in May 2024. The company operates 626 branches across 22 states targeting EWS and LIG segments.
Strong operational growth with 20%+ expansion in both AUM and PAT demonstrates solid execution in the affordable housing segment. Minor GNPA increase of 3 bps is manageable. The slight ROE compression due to capital raise is expected as the infusion gets deployed.
