Aarcon Facilities Ltd's board, meeting on 17 May 2025, approved the audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31 March 2025. Revenue from operations for FY25 rose sharply to roughly Rs. 113.87 lacs from about Rs. 60.86 lacs in FY24 — an increase of nearly 87%. Profit Before Tax nearly doubled to Rs. 46.03 lacs (vs Rs. 23.56 lacs in FY24), translating into a substantial jump in Profit After Tax as well. Operating cash flow improved to Rs. 56.32 lacs (vs Rs. 38.04 lacs). The statutory auditor V.J. Amin & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results. The board also approved issuing reminder-cum-forfeiture notices to holders of partly paid-up equity shares from the 1996 public issue, with a final payment deadline of 30 August 2025. Additionally, the board approved entering the real estate and trading business and opening a current account with Axis Bank, Vadodara.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth, a clean audit opinion, and improving cash position are positive signals for shareholders. However, other equity remains in negative territory (Rs. -13.48 lacs) reflecting accumulated losses, and the company's pivot toward real estate is a fresh direction. Existing holders of partly paid-up shares from the 1996 issue risk forfeiture if they do not pay the balance Rs. 7.50 per share by 30 August 2025.
