Aartech Solonics Limited submitted its Q3 FY26 (quarter ended Dec 31, 2025) and 9M FY26 unaudited financial results to the exchanges after a board meeting on February 12, 2026. Standalone revenue from operations fell to ₹738.23 lakhs in Q3 FY26 from ₹955.23 lakhs in Q3 FY25, a drop of about 23% year-on-year, while 9M FY26 revenue declined to ₹2,271.72 lakhs from ₹2,556.77 lakhs. Profit before tax (before exceptional items) actually rose sharply to ₹242.69 lakhs in Q3 from ₹141.38 lakhs last year, reflecting strong margin expansion from a higher-value product mix (new 220 kV panels). However, an exceptional fire loss of ₹121.71 lakhs at the Mandideep factory (Oct 16, 2025) dragged standalone Q3 PAT down to ₹63.04 lakhs vs ₹180.09 lakhs, with 9M PAT falling to ₹276.74 lakhs from ₹454.34 lakhs. Consolidated 9M PAT was ₹336.12 lakhs. The auditor (BAN CRS & Co LLP) issued an unqualified review opinion but flagged two Emphasis of Matter items: an ongoing dispute over the company's stake in associate Enerqual Technology and the pending insurance claim for the fire loss.
Mixed signals for shareholders: top-line is clearly weak with double-digit revenue decline, and bottom-line has been hit hard by the one-time fire loss even though underlying operating margins are improving. The Enerqual associate dispute is an unresolved overhang but management says it's not material. Watch the insurance claim outcome and whether the margin gains from the upgraded product mix can offset revenue softness.
