Aarti Drugs reported Q4 FY26 consolidated revenue of INR721.1 crores (up 6% YoY) with EBITDA of INR96.6 crores and PAT of INR55.3 crores. The company faced challenges from West Asia geopolitical tensions affecting raw material costs and supply chains. The new methylamine plant at Sayakha achieved ~40% utilization in Q4 and is targeted to reach 55-60% in Q1 FY27. Salicylic acid production was temporarily halted for equipment upgrades to improve phenol recovery. Exports contribution increased to 38% with regulated markets accounting for 73% of exports. The company guided for FY27 EBITDA margins of 13.5-14% and plans INR300-400 crores capex over 2-3 years mainly in brownfield expansions.
The stock is in a transition phase as new facilities ramp up, with management guiding for 100-200 bps EBITDA margin improvement in FY27 as utilization increases and pricing stabilizes. The formulation business showed strong 41% YoY growth and is expected to be a key growth driver.
