Aarti Drugs reported Q4 FY26 revenue of Rs 721.1 crore (up 6% YoY) with EBITDA at Rs 96.6 crore (flat YoY) and PAT at Rs 55.3 crore (down 12% YoY). FY26 full-year revenue stood at Rs 2,567.7 crore (up 7%) with PAT of Rs 194.9 crore (up 16% YoY). EBITDA margin contracted by 50 bps for FY26 to 12.1%. The CFO cited startup losses from new facilities and weakness in domestic antibiotics as key profitability headwinds, while highlighting strong sequential recovery in Q4 driven by the Sayakha facility scaling to ~1,000 tonnes per month. Formulations grew 33% and Specialty Chemicals grew 37% YoY in FY26. Regulated market contribution improved to 73% from 66%, and export share rose to 38% from 35%.
Margin pressures persist due to facility ramp-up costs and raw material inflation, though sequential recovery in Q4 and improving business mix toward higher-margin regulated markets provide a constructive medium-term outlook.
