Aarti Industries reported Q4 FY26 revenue of INR 2,422 crore (up 9% Y-o-Y) with EBITDA of INR 342 crore (up 29%) and PAT of INR 137 crore (up 43%). For FY26, revenue stood at INR 9,018 crore with EBITDA of INR 1,172 crore and PAT of INR 419 crore. The company announced two major contracts: a INR 200-250 crore backward integration project with a global chemical company (15-year contract) and a $150 million multiyear supply agreement with a global agrochemical innovator through March 2030. Zone IV projects are delayed by 3-4 months due to labor constraints but expected to commission in FY27. Net debt is around INR 4,300 crore, and FY27 capex is guided at INR 700-800 crore. The company flagged near-term headwinds from Middle East geopolitical disruptions (9-10% revenue exposure) and raw material price volatility.
Strong quarterly profitability growth demonstrates operational resilience, but ongoing margin pressure in agrochemicals and Middle East supply disruptions pose near-term challenges. The capex ramp-down and new long-term contracts should improve capital efficiency and earnings visibility going forward.
