Aastha Spintex announced a 1:1 bonus share issue along with a final dividend of Re 0.10 per share for FY26. The board also approved raising the authorised share capital to about Rs 100 crore and cleared expansion into the grey fabric business. The decisions are subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
