Aavas Financiers has allotted 2,244 equity shares of Rs 10 each to employees who exercised stock options under the PSOP-2023 (648 shares) and PSOP-2024 (1,596 shares) schemes. The allotment was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee via circular resolution on July 07, 2026. Paid-up equity capital rises from Rs 79,28,77,820 (7,92,87,782 shares) to Rs 79,29,00,260 (7,92,90,026 shares). The new shares will rank equally with existing shares and the company is completing listing formalities.
