Q1FY27 Investor Presentation: AUM up 15% YoY, PAT up 23% YoY

Aavas Financiers reported Q1FY27 results: AUM grew 15.4 percent YoY to about 239.3 billion rupees, disbursements jumped 41 percent YoY to 16.1 billion rupees led by 38 percent growth in home loans. PAT rose 23 percent YoY to 1.71 billion rupees. NIM improved 22 bps YoY to 7.70 percent. Cost-to-income ratio fell sharply by 254 bps YoY to 43.7 percent. Asset quality remained strong with GNPA at 1.11 percent and NNPA at 0.71 percent. Network expanded to 440 branches across 15 states. CRAR healthy at 44.66 percent.
