Aayush Wellness reported audited consolidated revenue of Rs. 7,338.59 lakhs for FY25 versus Rs. 83.92 lakhs in FY24, an 8,645% jump driven by the first full year of stock-in-trade operations (purchases of Rs. 6,904.78 lakhs). Net profit grew 489% to Rs. 336.58 lakhs from Rs. 57.18 lakhs, while EPS rose to Rs. 0.692 from Rs. 0.176. For Q4 FY25 alone, revenue stood at Rs. 2,236.81 lakhs with profit of Rs. 109.3 lakhs, up 548.66% YoY. Total assets increased to Rs. 864.70 lakhs (from Rs. 501.89 lakhs) and reserves & surplus doubled to Rs. 341.37 lakhs. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results, with no qualifications or emphasis of matter. The board also appointed a Secretarial Auditor for FY25 and a new Internal Auditor for FY26, and highlighted the launch of the company's first healthcare center in Virar, Mumbai.
The headline revenue surge is largely a base-effect story — FY24 was almost a dormant year and FY25 reflects the start of full-scale trading operations — so net margins on the new revenue are thin (~4.6%) and sustainability of growth matters more than the percentage jump. Clean audit opinion, growing reserves, and new auditor appointments are positive governance signals for shareholders, but the low-margin trading model warrants close monitoring in coming quarters.
