Appointment of Senior Management Personnel

Abbott India has appointed Ms. Anushree Kunhambu as Associate Director – New Product Introduction and Therapy Area Strategy, effective August 1, 2025. She will be part of the company's Senior Management team. The appointment was recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. Anushree has over a decade of experience in healthcare strategy, licensing, and business development, and has been with Abbott since April 2021, most recently as Head – Strategy & Portfolio, EPD India. She has previously worked at GLG (Life Sciences) and Cipla's Corporate Strategy team, and holds a BTech in Biotechnology from SRM University along with a Young India Fellowship from Ashoka University. She is not related to any existing Directors, KMP, or Senior Management of the company.
