Abbott India has announced a change in Senior Management Personnel effective December 16, 2025. Mr. Rajan Kalantre, Director – Business Human Resources, is being moved to another Abbott affiliate and will cease to be SMP of Abbott India from close of business December 15, 2025. Ms. Vinutha Mufti, an internal Abbott employee since 2015 with over two decades of HR experience across the company's Pharmaceuticals and Nutrition businesses, will take over as Director – Business Human Resources from December 16, 2025. The change was approved by the Board on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
This is a routine internal succession within the Abbott group with no change in role responsibilities or business strategy. No material impact on shareholders is expected, as the outgoing person is moving within the parent group and the replacement is a long-tenured internal Abbott leader.
