ABC India Limited has informed stock exchanges that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Saturday, September 13, 2025 to Friday, September 19, 2025 (both days inclusive). The cut-off date for e-voting has been fixed as Friday, September 12, 2025. The 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Friday, September 19, 2025. The book closure period is also for the purpose of payment of Dividend for the financial year 2024-25. The intimation has been made under Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
Shareholders should ensure their holdings are reflected by the cut-off date (September 12, 2025) to be eligible to vote at the AGM and to receive the declared dividend. No trading in shares will be possible during the book closure period.
