Abhishek Infraventures Limited reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs 7.71 lakhs for Q2 FY26 (quarter ended 30.09.2025), up from near-zero levels in the year-ago quarter. The company swung to a profit before tax of Rs 14.69 lakhs for H1 FY26, compared to a loss of Rs 21.42 lakhs in the prior year period, with basic/diluted EPS of Rs 0.29 for the quarter. However, the balance sheet remains weak with negative reserves and surplus of Rs 111.62 lakhs (standalone) and Rs 133.55 lakhs (consolidated) as at 30.09.2025, against equity share capital of Rs 504.90 lakhs. The statutory auditor N G Rao & Associates issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications, emphasis of matter, or going concern flags. The board also approved reclassification of three promoter group shareholders (3,200 shares, 0.06% stake) to public category.
While the company has returned to profitability on a small revenue base, accumulated losses wiping out most of the reserves and the tiny scale of operations suggest limited near-term business momentum. Shareholders should note the weak balance sheet and micro-cap revenue scale despite the positive earnings swing; the stock remains speculative.
