ACC files 90th AGM voting results; all 5 resolutions passed

ACC Limited filed voting results of its 90th AGM held on June 26, 2026. All 5 ordinary resolutions passed with requisite majority: adoption of audited standalone (99.99% in favor) and consolidated (99.99%) financial statements for FY ended March 31, 2026; declaration of dividend for FY 2025-26 (99.83% in favor); re-appointment of Dr. Vinay Prakash as director (99.99% in favor); and approval of cost auditor remuneration for FY 2026-27. Promoter group voted 100% in favor on all resolutions. About 80.7% of outstanding shares were polled.
