ACC Limited (part of Adani/Ambuja group) shared its Q1 FY26 investor presentation following an analyst/institutional call held on 31st July 2025. The company reported its highest-ever quarterly sales volume of 18.4 MnT, up 20% year-on-year, with revenue crossing the Rs 10,000 crore mark at Rs 10,289 crore, up 23% YoY. EBITDA hit a record Rs 1,961 crore, up 53% YoY, with margins expanding to 19.1% from 15.3% a year ago, while profit after tax rose 24% to Rs 970 crore. The company remains debt-free with a net worth of Rs 66,436 crore and holds the highest CRISIL AAA rating. It also outlined a capacity expansion roadmap to 118 MTPA by March 2026 and 140 MTPA by FY28, backed by brownfield and greenfield projects across multiple states.
Strong Q1 results with double-digit volume growth, revenue crossing Rs 10,000 crore, and a sharp 53% jump in EBITDA signal robust operational momentum and margin expansion. The debt-free status, capacity expansion plans, and continued focus on cost reduction and premiumisation are positive for long-term shareholder value, though execution of the 140 MTPA target by FY28 remains a key thing to watch.
