Accedere Ltd reported standalone revenue of Rs.414.40 lakhs for FY2026, up 13.8% from Rs.364.18 lakhs in FY2025. Standalone PAT surged to Rs.80.43 lakhs from Rs.25.40 lakhs, representing 216% growth and exceeding the 25% threshold. Consolidated PAT after minority interest grew from Rs.19.84 lakhs to Rs.62.78 lakhs. The subsidiary Freebird Aerospace contributed Rs.0.94 lakh revenue but posted a net loss of Rs.14.85 lakhs. Cash flow from operations remained positive at Rs.88.07 lakhs (standalone). The auditors from Gupta Raj & Co. issued an unqualified opinion with no going concern issues. Depreciation increased significantly to Rs.22.50 lakhs from Rs.14.53 lakhs year-on-year.
Strong profitability growth with PAT more than tripling year-on-year is positive for shareholders. However, the relatively modest revenue growth of ~14% and losses in the subsidiary warrant monitoring. The clean audit opinion with no going concern doubts supports financial stability.
