AccelerateBS India Limited's board approved audited financial results for the half-year and FY ended March 31, 2025. Revenue from operations was nearly flat at ₹677.10 lakhs versus ₹678.88 lakhs last year, while net profit jumped sharply to ₹73.30 lakhs from just ₹3.05 lakhs in FY24, helped by the absence of an exceptional loss of ₹91.27 lakhs that had hit the prior year. Total expenses rose about 13% to ₹570.90 lakhs, driven mainly by higher employee costs. Operating cash flow turned around to a positive ₹79.63 lakhs from a negative ₹113.05 lakhs in FY24. The board recommended a modest final dividend of ₹0.20 (2%) per share, subject to shareholder approval, appointed Mr. Vikas Raju Varma as the new secretarial auditor and re-appointed Anish Mehta & Associates as internal auditor for FY26. The statutory auditor, K.S. Sanghvi & Co., issued a clean unmodified opinion on the results.
Clean audit and sharp profit recovery are positive, but revenue stagnation, rising expenses and a tripling of long-term borrowings (from ₹54.38 to ₹173.45 lakhs) are watch points. The tiny dividend signals limited cash payout capacity given the modest absolute earnings base.
