Accuracy Shipping has shared its Q3 FY26 and 9MFY26 investor presentation. Revenue declined sharply to ₹157.5 Cr in Q3 FY26 (down 38% YoY) and ₹509.7 Cr for 9MFY26 (down 28.2% YoY), mainly due to normalization of freight rates and softer realizations. Despite the revenue drop, gross margins expanded significantly to 10.5% in Q3 (from 6.0% YoY), and EBITDA margins rose to 4.1% (from 2.9% YoY). EBITDA stood at ₹6.5 Cr for Q3 and ₹18.5 Cr for 9MFY26, while PAT came in at ₹0.7 Cr and ₹1.9 Cr respectively. The Commercial Vehicles (HMCV) segment contributed 25% of revenue and ₹3.5 Cr EBITDA, with management noting gradual margin improvement. Logistics (C&F) remains the core at 69% of revenue, handling 82,771 containers in 9MFY26 with an average realization of ₹43,299 per container.
Topline contraction is a concern for shareholders, but expanding margins and the growing HMCV and petroleum verticals suggest improving operational efficiency. Near-term stock sentiment may remain cautious given revenue and PAT declines, though the margin trajectory and diversification efforts are positive signs for longer-term value creation.
