Ace Software Exports Limited (ASEL) has signed an Investment Agreement on August 27, 2025 with Abex Infoway (Europe) Limited and Mr. Ankit Patel to set up a Joint Venture subsidiary in the United Kingdom. The new company will focus on software consulting and digital transformation services for the engineering and manufacturing sectors in the UK, Europe and other agreed territories. After incorporation, ASEL will hold 65%, Abex 24%, and Ankit Patel 11% of the JV, with ASEL nominating 2 of the 4 directors. The investment will be made in cash at a face value of GBP 10 per share, is expected to complete within 3 months, and requires RBI/FEMA approval. The JV will combine ASEL's digital platforms (including SmartPPS by AQE Techtools) with Abex's 25 years of industrial equipment and engineering expertise to access UK, EU and US markets.
This is a strategic international expansion move that gives ASEL a foothold in the European technology services market through a locally established partner. While the deal size appears modest (cash investment at face value), it could open new revenue streams in engineering and manufacturing software; no change in control or management of ASEL is expected.
