Achyut Healthcare (a pharmaceuticals trading company listed on the BSE SME platform) reported audited FY25 results with revenue from operations falling sharply to Rs. 304.75 lakhs from Rs. 613.69 lakhs in FY24, a drop of roughly 50%. Total income (including other income) declined to Rs. 396.88 lakhs from Rs. 686.32 lakhs. Despite the revenue decline, net profit rose modestly to Rs. 54.77 lakhs (from Rs. 50.23 lakhs) and EPS stood at Rs. 0.02, supported by higher other income and lower operating expenses. The statutory auditor Doshi Doshi & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results. The board also appointed M/s. Mohta Khetawat & Co. as Internal Auditor and Kamlesh M Shah & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, and approved related-party transactions for H2 FY25.
The steep revenue contraction is a red flag for shareholders, but stable profitability and a clean audit opinion provide some reassurance. Investors should watch for the company's capital work-in-progress (nearly doubled to Rs. 1,819.47 lakhs) to translate into future revenue recovery, though sharply negative operating cash flow (-Rs. 406.41 lakhs) signals working capital stress.
