ACME Solar Holdings, through its subsidiary ACME Greentech Seventh Private Limited, has signed two 25-year Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with SJVN for a combined capacity of 450 MW / 1,800 MWh of assured peak power supply. The projects will be connected to ISTS substations in high-irradiation zones in Rajasthan and will deliver 4 hours of peak power during non-solar hours with 90% monthly and annual availability. The agreements were secured under the Tranche-FDRE-4 tariff-based competitive bidding tender, with the reverse auction held in October 2025 and the Letter of Award received in November 2025. With this, ACME Solar has signed 1,690 MW of PPAs in the current financial year, bringing its total signed PPA capacity to 6,270 MW. The company's overall diversified portfolio stands at 8,071 MW, with 2,966 MW operational and 5,105 MW under construction.
This is a positive development for shareholders as it adds significant long-term revenue visibility with a strong counterparty (SJVN, a public sector entity) and supports the company's growth pipeline in the energy storage and peak power segment. The increasing PPA pipeline signals strong order book momentum and reinforces ACME Solar's positioning in the FDRE (Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy) space.
