ICRA Limited has reaffirmed and assigned its [ICRA]AA-(Stable) credit rating to Acme Solar Holdings Limited for enhanced borrowing limits. The long-term non-fund based facility for Others was increased from Rs. 1,500 Crore to Rs. 1,850 Crore, while a new unallocated facility of Rs. 650 Crore was also assigned the same rating. This takes the total rated amount from Rs. 1,500 Crore to Rs. 2,500 Crore. The rating was previously communicated in January 2026, and this update reflects an expansion of the company's credit facilities while maintaining the same investment-grade rating.
The reaffirmation of an AA- rating with Stable outlook indicates the company's creditworthiness remains strong. The enhanced facility amounts suggest lenders have confidence in Acme Solar's financial health, which is positive for shareholders and may support the company's growth plans in the solar energy sector.
