Acme Solar filed its Q1 FY2026 investor presentation reporting strong year-on-year growth on the back of capacity expansion. Consolidated revenue rose 71.8% to INR 584 Cr, EBITDA grew 75.7% to INR 531 Cr (margin improved to 90.9% from 88.8%), and PAT surged from INR 1 Cr to INR 131 Cr. Operational capacity more than doubled to 2,890 MW (from 1,340 MW), with another 4,080 MW under construction and a total contracted portfolio of 6,970 MW plus 550 MWh of standalone BESS. The company commissioned 350 MW in the quarter, won its first standalone BESS order (550 MWh from NHPC), and signed new PPAs of 550 MW and 550 MWh. Net Debt to Net Worth improved sharply to 1.7x, and billed receivables stood at 36 days. Management reiterated a 2030 target of 10 GW generation and 15 GWh BESS with run-rate annual EBITDA of INR 2,000-2,050 Cr and pre-tax ROCE of 14.5%.
Strong quarter with sharp PAT jump, margin expansion, and aggressive capacity build-up signals robust growth runway. The 2030 targets and improving leverage profile (Net Debt/Net Worth at 1.7x) are positive for shareholders, though execution risk on the 4,080 MW under-construction pipeline remains a key thing to watch.
